Photoshop plugin also working in Premiere?

Does the plugin work in Adobe Premiere at all and if so, how is it affected by the fields of a video? Would be great to have for my videos...

No, the plug-in currently only works with images.

Here's an idea. Can I convert the small Video into a bunch of JPGs then use the batch function to clean up the JPGs then convert back to a movie?

The reason I ask is because I just had some of my Super 8mm Film converted to AVIs. I am new to video editing.
