I'm running Home edition and have spent a while building a good set of profiles.

Have started processing RAW files (Canon DPP) so thinking of upgrading to Pro edition. Will I have to rebuild my existing profiles in order to take advantage of the 16-bit processing?

In most cases this is not necessary, but if you want to make them most accurate then yes, it may be useful.
