I'm using Neat Image in Photoshop CS5 for processing .tif images using a SBIG ST-2000XCM CCD camera. Does anyone have a profile for this camera that is willing to share. I'm a new user and will appreciate any advice on this type of processing.

Processing and workflow is quite the same for that camera as for regular digital cameras. I highly recommend to check the section "5. Filtration process details" for the workflow details and the section "7. Device noise profiles" to learn how to build noise profiles for your camera. This is the most efficient solution in this case.
