Can't get the NeatImage Pro + Plugin to run in Photoshop CS5

I have downloaded the NeatImage Pro Plugin for Photoshop CS5 (64 bit) and have run the install but there is no Neat Image option in the filter dropdown menu. I even tried copying the NeatImage.8bf file into the plugin folder in Photoshop but it still wan't work. I am running Windows 7 (64 bit), Photoshop CS5 Extended and the NeatImage Pro Plugin for Photoshop CS5 (64 bit) so why wan't it work?

Please contact support [at] neatimage.com and specify the versions of Neat Image and Photoshop that you use. Also, please attach the text shown in Photoshop's menu Help > System Info.
