Loading profile
I'm using the photoshop plugin on a mac, whenever I click "load profile" it brings up the folder view showing saved profiles, but then everything goes crazy. I can't click on the folder or anything in it, and photoshop freezes up. I've tried reinstalling and restarting, no difference, I have to force quit just to get out of the program.
This is strange.
1. Does the Auto Profile workflow work correctly on your computer?
2. Did you remove the Demo plug-in before installing the Home plug-in?
3. Please try to repair the disk permissions on the volume where you have Neat Image and Photoshop installed. Also, could specify the exact locations of those folders (usually it is something like /Applications/NeatImage/ for Neat Image and /Applications/Photoshop n.nn/Plug-ins/ ) on your computer please?
4. Regarding loading profiles, could you make a screenshot of the loading dialog before/after the moment when it goes crazy. I guess there is something visually different there at the moment it stops responding?
5. Could you send the screenshots (or digital photos) of that dialog to our regular support e-mail please?
6. Also, please let me know more about your computer config using this page.
