Scroll Bars, repeatable bug

Greetings,

Just downloaded and am starting to use Neat Image. Looking good so far. However, I am running into a problem that freezes Neat Image, and the only way to stop it is to go to Task Manager and cancel it. This happens in Photoshop as well as in stand alone.

When I load an image, and zoom in to anything where the scroll bars appear, I can successfully navigate by click-dragging on the scroll bars themselves. However, if I click on the space above/below/left/right of a scrollbar (which should cause the scroll bar to jump a full scrollbar width/length), the program freezes.

Any ideas?

I am using a Pentium 4, 1GB RAM, Win2K.

I saw this effect before once. It was occuring on a machine with very long uptime and disappeared after a restart. Please try to restart Windows to see if this helps.
