Scratch Disk in Photoshop CS

Installed the trial version of Neat Image as a plugin in Photoshop CS. I am now unable to perform most functions in Photoshop CS - every time I try to do something I get an error message that says the scratch disks are full. I have restarted Photoshop CS and rebooted my machine.
