Registration problem

Just tried to install WAC plug-in on the G3 Powerbook I bought for my brother-in -law. Unpacked and installed just fine. Opened testimage.jpg in PS 7 (Chinese edition) and registration screen popped up. I entered my name, left organization blank, 1 copy and put in emailed registration code (all caps). It didnt accept it, said "Invalid user data, number of copies or registration entered". I double checked, I hade made no mistakes. One interesting thing two of the letters in the registration code typed in very close together, but if I tried with a space between then wouldnt allow me to enter all letters.

Please advise as I need to bring this to him very soon!

Please send to me (macsupport@neatimage.com) a screenshot of the registration dialog with all the data entered. I will check how it looks.

I got it to work. THe email said to enter my name as "ADAM LANG", that did not work, but if I entered it as "ADAMLANG" it does. Very strange.
