basic INSTALLATION QUESTION.

bOUGHT A POWERBOOK FOR bROTHER IN LAW. iNSTALLED ps 7.0.
dOWNLOADED mAC PLUGIN DEMO. bUT HOW DO i INSTALL IT?

thERE IS NO INSTALLATION ICON OR FOLDER. i FEEL LIKE AN IDIOT...

BTW i downloaded on a PC, unzipped then burned to CD.
Might that be the problem

1. Unpack the file you downloaded (it is a ZIP archive);

2. Start the unpacked NeatImage.pkg to install Neat Image (this will put a plug-in alias to your image editor (Photoshop / Photoshop Elements);
Restart your image editor and find Neat Image plug-in in the list of filters in the editor;

3. If you see that the plug-in was not automatically installed, manually copy (or create an alias for) the NeatImage package to your image editor's plug-in folder.

How do I start it?
Is there any particular file to click on.
I have zero Mac experience....

Try to download it directly to Mac. Or copy the zip file to Mac and then unzip it. Then start the resulting package (NeatImage.pkg) and follow the instruction above.

THis must seem incredibly dumb, but how do

Double-click the icon with a yellow box which comes up after unzipping the original file you downloaded from our webpage. That will start the package.

Worked fine unzipping it in the MAC. Immediately bought full version but have new problem. Will post as new question.
