Installer not working

I downloaded version 2.0.2 and tried to install on my iMac G4 with Mac OS 10.3.5.
As soon as I start the installer I get "The installer package "neatImage" cannot be opened" -" The post flight script was either not executable or not readable"
Have repaired permissions on Mac, downloaded again. Using version 8.0.2 of Stuffit Expander to unstuff.
