Does the NeatImage plug-in work with Photoshop Element as I plan to buy Element instead of the more expensive Photoshop?

Yes, it does work with Photoshop Elements, though you may have to manually install the plug-in to the latest Elements 3.0 (the instruction is supplied). We are going to automate that shortly.
