Can't Find the NeatImage.8bf file

I have NeatImage Pro installed, byt it did not load a filter file in my PS CS Plug-In folder. I have looked for the NeatImage.8bf file in Program File/NeatImage and cant find it. Tried to use Preference to point to The NeatImages forder but that does not work either. Where can I get the NeatImage.8bf file?

The plug-in (NeatImage.8bf file) is not included in the Pro edition of Neat Image. Please see the featuremap here or here.

If you want to use the plug-in, you can upgrade you license for the Pro edition to the Pro+ edition. Please open this page for details of the procedure.
