Email contact issue

Tried several times to contact the info, support, and sales of Neatimage via email, always got bounced back and undelivable message. What happened and is there another way to contact?

Nevertheless, our e-mails should work - we receive many e-mails from our users every day and usually there are no problems with receiving messages.
