Here's a really good article, entitled
Beyond Megapixels (three parts), which mentions NeatImage favourably. Just thought I would pass that along...

If you open the link and just use browser's search function to look for neat then it is easy to find.

Sorry i did it but with NeatImage..... so it is why I didn't find it
