Output dpi always 72 dpi

Post by Guest »

No matter what the original image input resolution was they are all 72 dpi after processing in Neat Image. I have looked at the options in the program, but don't see any setting for this. I am using the latest demo version. Is that something that the demo version does vs. the home version?

This is a great program, but would like to keep the original resolution as output. It doesn't matter what profile is used or whether the image is from my Canon 330-D, my Canon S200, or a scanned image they are always output at 72 dpi.

Thanks in advance,
MacDuff

This may be a bug or something related to the input images. In any case, the pixel size of the image is always preserved.

We will investigate this issue.

Thank you,
