using profiles

after opening my input image and clicking device noise profile and entering my profile (I made profiles using the chart from this site), do I then click on "filter" then "apply"? If so, do I click on filter and apply again after I click on auto fine tune? I'm a new user and I'm just a bit confused

First open profile, then fine-tune it, then go to Noise Filter Setting to adjust the filter, then to Output image to Apply.
