Not really. It is a quite bad translation. Therea are several wrong words used so the text is not easy to understand, some parts make no sense.
That's why I'm asking: is it allowed to translate it into another language and put it on a website (as a free download with same copyright marks). Would it be only allowed if a translation where on your website? Or is it not allowed at all?
