Dual Processor support

Post by LMarkoya »

OK...I'll go back and check the guide, but how does one enable the dual processer support?
I have a dual Athlon running under Win 2000 and the dual support button in options is greyed out.

Is there a trick to get it to be selected?

Thanks

(and I was wondering why it was going so sloooowwwww)

If you use the plug-in, the option is always grayed out. In the current Neat Image version, using multiple CPUs is only available in the standalone application.

How much is slow? Please give me an example of processing time and the hardware parameters and I will tell if the speed is normal.

I have been using the plug-in exclusively as I've been scanning images into photoshop and then touching them up. Do you plan on getting multiple processor support into the plugin?

Thanks
