Jasc Paintshop Pro Plugins

Will the Photoshop Plugin work as a (JASC) Paintshop Pro plugin? I have used Paintshop Pro since Ver 2 (up to 8 now) and am very comfortable with it. Besides, I can't afford the mega-bux that Photoshop costs. TIA for your assistance.
