I lost all my presets.

I loaded all my presets for filters and was able to use them by selecting the drop down. Now all my presets are gone. How can I load them and have them retained in program? I can retrieve them, but everytime I start working on a new project, they have to be reloaded.

Where exactly these presets are located on the disk of your computer?

What is the value of the Preset folder/directory setting in Options?
