The Photosop CS timer reports wildly inaccurate and inconsistent timing of Neat Image 3.0 plugin.
After noticing times as long as 224 seconds for a 5 mp image, I checked with a stopwatch. The truth was 60 to 70 seconds.
A 1.28 megapixel crop on 4 tries was consistently between 19 and 20s with the stopwatch, while PS reported 48.3, 25, 32.4 and 44.6 seconds.
Radial blur times are inflated by 0 to 15%, so there is something different about the way NI is timed.
