Hi, Vlad.

Having purchased the 2 user license and downloaded successfully onto my first pc I have just tried to download Neat Image onto my second PC but on entering my license user name and registration/password I just keep getting that box popping back onto the screen again.

Help!

I've come directly onto the Forum as originally my e-mail didn't recieve your setup instructions and there may still be a problem.

Is it Win7 on the second PC?

Do you copy&paste to type in the data from the license?
