I ordered this and have still not received the download or key... Order Number: U356766001

I have sent 3 messages to support and not a single response. I'm not sure that this is a very good way to treat paying customers. I will escalate with PayPal if I do not get this resolved asap.

We received ONE e-mail on Sep 9.

We did send the registration details on Sep 4. The e-mail was sent to the e-mail address you specified in the order (please note that it was different from the one you have registered in this forum).

On Sep 9, we have re-sent it once again.

Please confirm when you receive it.
