I ordered neatimage-home for Mac three days ago (order was confirmed at 17:56:44 on Sat May 06 2006) and I have yet to get anything except the order confirmation e-mail at both of the e-mail addresses that I listed. My order confirmation # is U16623020.

I have just re-sent the registration details to both e-mail addressed specified in the order.

Please confirm when you receive the registration e-mail.
